    LAMENESS ALERT for some censored profanity.

    But it’s worth it, because Ludacris (along with the pop rap machine) smiled on us lowly sociology teachers and made a video about symbolic interactionism.

    When he “sees” what women are thinking, he’s projecting his own idea of what goes on in women’s minds.  So when he interacts with a woman, he’s also interacting with (and likely reinforcing) his own stereotypical beliefs about gender.
